enter button to select.

reboot system now
apply update from ADB
wipe data/Factory reset
wipe cache partition
apply update from sdcard

just tell me phone model. or just see on box software thet there have imei repair option for this model. if imei repair support then do reset efs and repair imei phone will be ok,

What is exact state of the phone? Is it possible to turn on the phone, or switch it into Download Mode?

hello octopus box...the celular power on but it present image operator poweroff,vibrate,image operator ....it restarts constant.......but its posible put in flash mode too....it was unlocked but in real the phone stay locked...try in diferents forms to unlocked and now there is in this form RESTART CONSTANT¡¡¡

This can be Software (EFS is damaged, or You have written unsuitable firmware) or HW problem.

Try to re-flash the phone with different firmwares from the Support Area.

ok reflash then but.....where is the flash firmware because i don t see that..¡¡¡¡

Firmwares for SM-G313MU are available in the Support Area.
To enter Support Area, press "Go to support" button on "Support & options" tab of the Software.
