Octopus team may you explain why am failing to read the certicate of this particular SM-A530

Hello.

As You can see from the software log your phone with triggered KNOX (Warranty Bit: 1) which is not supported for Read cert operation.

Unfortunately, currently we don't have solution for device with KNOX 1 for Read cert operation.
