Hello.
Try to use Kingo Rooot Software ("android_root.exe") from the Support Area.

i try many soft like vroot,kingo roo,eroot,OneClickRoot
still not work.ok i download one more from suport area

I had the same problem, some i527 will not root with kingo, i used "cydia impactor", yes the same cydia for iphones... search in google

You can also download Impactor form the Support Area ("Impactor_0.9.14.zip").
