( firmware upgeade encountered an issue. please select recovery mode in kies & try again ) now my phone this problem
i try flash with Octoplus Samsung Tool but show this error
i use 2 ver... but same problem Urgent help me

I9300XXEMA2_I9300QXFEMA2_VVT_Android_4.0.4
I9300XXEMA2_OJVEMA1_XSG_United_Arab_Emirates_Andro id_4.1.2

Hello.
Please fully charge phone's battery and try to write different firmwares from the Support Area. If the problem will be the same with all firmwares, this can be HW problem.

now go downloding mode but now i press power button display white show .
download mode show but product name:not show and flash not pick

bro Not emmc damge before phone also good just firmware upgrade logo show

Please try to write firmware with PIT ("PIT_I9300XXBLH1_I9300ITVBLH2") from the Support Area. If the problem will be still the same - most likely, this is HW problem.
