( firmware upgeade encountered an issue. please select recovery mode in kies & try again ) now my phone this problem
i try flash with Octoplus Samsung Tool but show this error
i use 2 ver... but same problem Urgent help me

Hello.
Please fully charge phone's battery and try to write different firmwares from the Support Area. If the problem will be the same with all firmwares, this can be HW problem.

Try to write different firmwares from the Support Area. Try to make Factory data reset and Wipe cache partition.

now go downloding mode but now i press power button display white show .
download mode show but product name:not show and flash not pick

Please try to write firmware with PIT ("PIT_I9300XXBLH1_I9300ITVBLH2") from the Support Area. If the problem will be still the same - most likely, this is HW problem.
