Hi team. can you please explain what is QCN? and what is difference between QCN and Cert ? Sorry for noob question

Hello.

QCN file - the special Qualcomm file format, that containes all necessary device settings, such as NV data, network settings, APNs and some others. You can use it to Repair Network.

Cert file - text file (You can open it by using Notepad and look), that contains IMEI and Certificate (the special signing to this IMEI). You can use it to repair IMEI or Unlock for new devices.
