Please re-flash the phone with J260FXXU7ATG2 firmware and repeat Repair IMEI/Network operations once again. Phone must be rooted with EFTSU.

You can find firmwares on our Support Area (samsung/SM-J260F/J260FXXU7ATG2).

To enter Support Area, press "Go to support" button on "Support & options" tab of the Software.
