j500f 5.1.1 no service


j500f 5.1.1 no service problem come from yesterday now this f500f is 3rd phone which show no service only in one network 3g everything work fine but show no service while in other network everything work fine ,,,,, i tried cert as well but problem still remain,,,,,


need help now

Hello.

Try to write QCN from another SM-J500F, which works correctly in your region, then try to find and select network manually.

remember try to solve it via qcn, don,t try with cert, coz its not available.....

today i reject one coz cert not available

i have cert file but not solved with with cert ,,,,, also write qcn ,,,,,

no bro about 5 j500f phones today come and all have same problem in same network ,,, 3g , 4g all working fine but no service only ,,,,,,,,, while work in other network sim network ,,,,,,,,,,,,,

If phone has no network with some particular SIM card - check the SIM card. Also IMEI of Cert file can be blacklisted in that network.

All Cert files, which we have at the moment, are available in "Samsung/For unlock and repair/Certificates" folder of the Support Area.
