Seems error is upload mode did U check the drivers?

I answer myself , I had to flash with the firmware J810MUBU2BSD3_OWO2BSD2 , security patch april 2019

Please download and install latest test software version 2.8.9.1 from the Support Area (Samsung/TEST SOFTWARE/), then repeat the Read codes operation once again.

To enter Support Area, press "Go to support" button on "Support & options" tab of the Software.
