Hello.
Please select COM port manually (COM135), select model SGH-I317M, check (select) "Manual select" option in Software and press "Read info" button.

Please always read carefully Software manual before to perform any action. To repair IMEI in this device, You should perform the next steps:
1. Make "Repair EFS".
2. Repair NVM.
3. Connect powered-on phone to PC via Micro USB cable.
4. Enter correct IMEI.
5. Click "IMEI fix" button.
6. Follow software instructions (prompts).
