Please read carefully Software manual ("Help" button in the Software), You need to write the special firmware before perform Repair IMEI operation:

1. Install required driver.
2. Write firmware "GT-I9150_for_Unlock_and_IMEI_SN_Repair" from the Support Area.
3. Reboot the phone.
4. Connect powered-on phone via cable.
5. Enter correct IMEI.
6. Click "IMEI fix" button.
7. Follow software instructions (prompts).

As I said above, when the flash file support, the phone stays at 3% and there is no going

is a error with the size of special firmware, only upload 43M of 1.3 GB, check in support
