i9500 restart problem and cannot be flashed


hi i have i9500 with android 4.4.2 when i power it on start normally then freez when i touch screen and restart i tried to hard reset by keys but it cannot enter recovery but it can enter to download mode i tried to flash it with new firmware with pit it canot be flashed at all i tried with odin < octopus < z3x < spt
but all in vain where is the solution

Hello.

Please fully charge phone's battery and try to reflash it. Post here full Software log of "Write Firmware" operation.

me also facing same problem whenever i have to insert the usb cable its restart & download mode are removed

Welcome to Octoplus/Octopus Box Samsung software version 1.9.1

To connect GT-I9500 phone you have to perform the following steps:
1. Disconnect USB cable from phone.
2. Go to Menu->Settings->More->About Device.
3.Tap on "Build number" 7 times to enable developer options.
4. Go to Menu->Settings->More->Developer options.
5. Turn on "USB Debugging" option.
Selected firmware file: I9500XXUFNF3_I9500OJVFNF3
_TUR_Turkey_Android_4.4.2.oct
Please put the phone into Download Mode and connect USB cable.
To put GT-I9500 into Download Mode, You have to perform the
following steps:
1. Reconnect the battery.
2. Press and hold "Volume-" + "Home" + "Power ON" keys.
3. When phone turns on, press "Volume+" key.
Found phone on
Firmware write started.
Writing BOOTLOADER section...
BOOTLOADER section has been written successfully.
Writing Firmware Failed

Try to reflash the phone with 5.0.1 firmware from the Support Area. If problem will remain the same - most likely this is HW problem (with phone's flash chip).
