Per connettere il telefono SCL24 devi seguire questi step :
1. Disconnetti il cavo USB dal telefono.
2. Vai nel Menu->Impostazioni->Di piu'->Informazioni sul telefono.
3.Clicca su "Versione Build" 7 volte per abilitare le Opzioni
Sviluppatore.
4. Vai nel Menu->Impostazioni->Di piu'->Opzioni Sviluppatore.
5. Abilita il "Debug USB".
6. Vai nella tastiera del telefono.
7.Inserisci il numero "*#0808#".
8. Seleziona "DM+Modem+ADB".
9. Premi il tasto Home.
10. Riavvia il telefono.
11. Premi "Leggi Info" nel software.

You should re-flash the device with different firmwares and check, whether modem is correct (not Unknown).
If after of writing all firmwares, which You have, phone's baseband is still null or unknown (SW version is Unknown) - most likely, this is HW problem (problem with eMMC flash chip).

Tanks the problem is in the water damaged MMC.......I was told later
