Octoplus 2.9.6.2 freezing when reading codes [Answered]

Hello,I'm trying to read the codes for a note 10+ 5g , the octoplus software is freezing ,I have tried to read the codes with octopus software 2.9.4 and the same thing is happening .

Hello.

Please, psot here full Software log, besides, try to reconnect phone to another USB port (don't use any USB HUBS) after repaet operation again, plesae use latest Software version 2.9.6.2
