in the new method of read codes i see it says "read codes- with root" is this correct because previously it was said if rooted codes cant be read.

The Process for unlock S10+ is a SM-G975U for Sprint is Permanent or not, the client need update firmware and hard reset and the phone not lost the unlock , please answer

Hi,

I just download the 2.8.6.5 update from the app (it ask for it when I open). After the download was complete the instaler did not start and can find where it was downloaded

You can download test Software version manually from the Support Area
