Please, check if the cards are inserted and all software that are working with the cards are closed

Hello

Please, clean all contacts, insert card in another card reader.

Then, try to perform update operation once again.

That was the first thing I did. Last time you reset my card remotely when it did the same thing. And it worked after I update the card with the LG updater.
