Hi, the problem in addition to the unknown IMEI you also have the unknown modem part.

Having the unknown modem does not allow you to write the IMEI code.

So you have to make back the modem part correct and not unknown

You can try to write another firmware until the modem part returns correct and then try to rewrite the IMEI code

Or if you are writing different firmware you don't find a solution and the modem part remains unknown, you can try to write the security of your phone if you have backed up your phone's security with the program, or you can backup your security, try Write the security and see if the modem part returns correct and not unknown and see if the IMEI code returns to default and then try to write back the IMEI code

correct, look the log, you see PDA, CSC, AND SW ...

only will work when you see SW: and see build number.. if say UNKNOWN like above log, that means the modem is not compatible and shows as busy or closed...
when read phone you see SW not unknow but say DPK4 then you are able to unlock

Hello.

As You can see from Software log, phone's modem part is damaged:
Quote:
SW version: unknown
HW Modem: unknown
This can be Software (modem firmware or EFS is damaged, or You have written unsuitable firmware) or HW problem.

You should re-flash the device with different firmwares one by one and check, whether modem is correct (not Unknown). And only then (when phone's modem part will be correct) perform "Repair IMEI" operation. It is not possible to repair IMEI, if phone's modem part is damaged.
