How i cant unlock with Octopus SM-G386t1 with the new update?

When i unlock SM-G386t1 with Octopus Box appear this:
(Unlock for SM-G386T1 phone in normal mode can’t be done)

Have setted right this G386T1?... (also i think isn't supprted yet the 1 version),
anyway loock here:


To connect SM-G386T1 phone you have to perform the following steps:
1. Disconnect USB cable from phone.
2. Go to Menu->Settings->More->About Device.
3.Tap on "Build number" 7 times to enable developer options.
4. Go to Menu->Settings->More->Developer options.
5. Turn on "USB Debugging" option.
6. Go to dial window.
7. Enter "*#0808#" number.
8. Select "DM+Modem+ADB".
9. Press Home button.
10. Go to dial window.
11. Enter "*#9090#" number.
12. Set "Diag config" to "USB" value.
13. Restart phone.
14. Press "Read Info" in software.

i have the octoplus box, samsung tool 1.9.5 the device im repairing is a n910t , i have used octoplus to write the firmware and cache recovery from octoplus. i rooted the device using there method. I then read the device to make sure it was connnected. then i clicked the repair/wipe security button . then i tape the battery it puts the star ( factory mode) in the notifications, the box begins to write then after a short period the device reboots and the program says write cert failed.

please help

Please create new thread with the problem, read out phone's info via ADB (press "Read info" button at "Android / EFS manager" tab in the Software) and post there full Software log with this info. We will check and try to advise, what to do the next.
