What Android firmware version in your phone? Note, Reset FRP for this phone model currently works only with Android 5.x.x firmwares. If there is Android 6.x.x in the phone, You need to re-flash the phone using firmware with Android 5.x.x (try "A310FXXU2APD6_A310FOGC1AOL8_AMO_Android_5.1.1 .oct " from the Support Area) and then perform Reset FRP operation.

P.S. Please create new thread with the problem, describe the problem and all actions which You have performed and post there full Software log.

a-710fd restart after frp. u told us try to flash phone after reset frp .if not solved then what? u have to told before this not after this. otherwise u have to remove this frp solution from octupus.

Please create a separate thread, regarding your problem with SM-A710FD for its review. Include detailed description of the problem and full Software logs of all operations, which You've performed, or tried to perform with the phone.
