Hello.

Please explain "not Done" in more details. Phone still requests unlock code after the operation? If so - try to enter 00000000, 11111111 and 12345678 codes.

Your phone has firmware with new type of Security.

In firmwares for Qualcomm-based phones, released after 01.10.2015 ability to Unlock such devices by supported method was disabled by Samsung (Security hole was closed). To unlock this phone You can try to downgrade firmware version (write older, by release date, firmware) or write only older modem and then repeat "Unlock" operation.
