Welcome to Octoplus/Octopus Box Samsung software version 2.1.9

To put SM-G550FY into Download Mode, You have to perform the
following steps:
1. Reconnect the battery.
2. Press and hold "Volume-" + "Home" + "Power ON" keys.

Hello.

Try make Factory Reset and Wipe cache partition from Recovery Mode, then try to perform "Reset FRP/Reactivation/EE" operation again.
Post here the result.

Problem with reset of FRP lock can occur if phone has latest firmware. Samsung disabled ability to remove FRP lock in latest firmwares.

You can try to write Sboot of an older (by release date) firmware via "Write Firmware" operation, with enabled "Advanced Mode" option, then repeat "Reset FRP/Reactivation/EE" operation.
