Samsung GS6 edge sm-g925t FRP lock Problem

Hey guys, first time on this forum and I hope to contribute a lot to this community. I have a problem, so I have a Galaxy s6 Edge - White with an FRP Lock. When I attempted to use the Samsung octoplus software to clear the FRP Lock, I put it into download mode manually then it (the software) gets stuck on : initializing.... , of course after it finds the phone. I'm running this on windows 8. 10 min before starting on this phone I successfully cleared an FRP Lock off an LG Tribute 2 - LS665. Could it be the drivers ? I reinstalled them several times. Please help me!

Thank you

Hello.

Please do the next:
1. Re-install Samsung USB drivers and restart PC.
2. Install the latest Software version.
3. Disconnect all third party devices from PC (other phones, modems, boxes, etc.).
4. Repeat "Reset FRP/Reactivation/EE" operation.

Post here result and full Software log of the operation.

This is what it said after completing the steps you posted. After getting stuck on "Initializing.." I pressed it again and it couldn't find the phone.

So an update..

I connected the phone via microusb to the pc instead of the octoplus box and I got a bit further..

Platform: Samsung Android
Selected port: COM3
Selected model: SM-G925T
To put SM-G925T into Download Mode, You have to perform the following steps:
1. Reconnect the battery.
2. Press and hold "Volume-" + "Home" + "Power ON" keys.
3. When phone turns on, press "Volume+" key.
Searching for a phone. Please wait...
Phone found.
Initializing..
Resetting FRP lock..success
Resetting EE lock..

But now it is stuck on "EE Lock.. ". Could it be the PC or USB cable. I did try several USB Cabes though.

Go to the recovery mode and check if your phone is in this version : G925TTMB3DOJC ( lastest version ) lastest security released on Nov 30, 2015. It's not supported by any boxes yet. The solution is downgrade it to DOI1 and do it. B.R
