hi all,

I see many peopel have probleme with unlocking this cell phone,

So what is best solutioin for unlocking the i9505 with out loosing the network and flashing phone ?

To make Unlock, perfrom all the steps :rom Software manual ("Help" button in the Software):

1. Install the latest Software version (Software).
2. Install necessary driver.
3. Root your phone manually.
4. Write firmware "GT-i9505_for_Unlock_and_IMEI_repair" from the Support Area (at first try without writing this frimware, maybe modem firmware in your phone allows to make Unlock).
5. Connect powered-on phone to PC via Micro USB cable.
6. Click "Unlock" button.
7. Follow software instructions (prompts).

I have probleme in this last step :

Try to make Read Codes (not Unlock). If the device has old Security type, then unlocking codes will be read out. It is not possible to read out codes in the phone with new Security type.

4. Reboot phone.

about hold security no probbleme, so Can't read code on new security ?

I teste this step next time, so you no root the phone ? and activate debuging ?

Yes, "Read Codes" works only for devices with "old" security type.

octoplus/octopus is the best for unlocking GT-I9505.i have done with this.
