Hello.

Most likely your phone has one of the latest firmwares, in which ability to remove FRP lock with current method was disabled. To restore the phone to it's initial condition You need to reflash it with different full stock (original) firmwares.
To remove the lock You can try to write older by release date firmware, then repeat the operation.
