Where'd you find that Octopus box samsung software something?? Please help me. I have the same problem. Can't open my Samsung Galaxy Ace! Don't know what to do. :'(

I've downloaded octopus box samsung software version 1.4.9. and it says "card not found" ! now, how to add card on it?

If I have pattern lock on the phone S5830, and phone is not rooted before, and I can't root this phone now, octopus can unlock this phone without data loos?
