Please, close the Software and send us latest *.log and *.logx files from "C:\Program Files (x86)\Octoplus\Octoplus_Samsung\LOG" folder. We will research where can be the problem and try to find solution.

Please download and install latest test software version 3.0.1.4 from the Support Area (Samsung/TEST SOFTWARE/), then repeat the operation once again.
