Already enable cp logging in recovery mode

Try to do the next:
1. Open Dialer enter *#22745927
2. When Enable/Disable Menu comes up tap "Hidden Menu Disabled"
3. Select "Enable" on Popup
4. Press Home button
5. Open Dialer
6. Dial **87284
7. When PhoneUtil Opens Select PDA
8. Tap Qualacomm USB Setting
9. Select DM+Modem+ADB
10. Tap OK

You can try to root the tab with the latest versions of IRoot and Kingo Root tools.
