i wil try flash combination file , and this moment cant boot up to recovery or flash any system , model G9600 any solution?

i have note 9 model N9600 build # M1AJQ.N9600ZHU1ARG6 with same problem rent a center lock, on download screen says frp lock: off OEM lock: on, i was able to turn on developer mode but couldn't find it on when clicked back to setting menu, any advice would be really appreciated.
