J250F read code done but unlock unsuccessful! [Solved] - GSM-Forum

just done read code for j250f but when i enter the code it shows "network unlock unsuccessful"

Please do Hard reset and repeat the enter codes from list correctly!

PUK Code=FREEZE
Unlock code=NET LOCK

Then sent us video where you enter codes and show your IMEI/SN.
