To connect SHV-E120K phone you have to perform the following steps:
1. Go to dial window.
2. Enter "319712358" number.
3. Enter "774632" password.
4. Go to System->SIO mode.
5. Select "Modem" radio button for USB section.
6. Go to dial window.
7. Enter "*#9090# or *#0808#" number.
8. Set "Diag config" to "USB" value.
9. Restart phone.
10. Press "Read Info" in software.

Please put the phone into Download Mode and connect USB cable.
To put SHV-E120K into Download Mode, You have to perform the following steps:
1. Reconnect the battery.
