Try to make "Factory data reset" and re-flash with different firmwares from the Support Area.

After flashing the latest Firmware (4.2.2) for the Galaxy Grand, in my Recovery Mode I get this RED PROMPT:

Try to find other firmwares and re-flash the phone again. Also this can be HW problem.

Try to re-flash the phone with different firmwares from the Support Area.

First I had the problem of "VHX_21nm_3bitMLC_8GB_p10"
I downloaded your files and in the download mode I selected all files ((except the pda file)).
The download process is completed successfully and the phone restarted then screen became blank.
Now the phone is dead I can't open it in any mode even it doesn't be charged and the pc can't recognize it.
Please I need your help.
