G925F IMEI Status NG - GSM-Forum

Hi,
I'm on the latest security 4 on my G925F

i had the famous problem with the imei and SN unknown.

I solved it with another tool and Factory firmware from Octopus.

The situation now is that i have IMEI and SN .

The problem is that i have IMEI status NG on my imei check with the code *#0011#

Please help someone.

write cert via optopus done then re check 0011

Please, try to perform Write Cert operation, after check cert status again, post here full Software log.

Try to reflash the phone with older (by release date) firmware, then repeat "Write Cert" operation.

In the latest firmware versions Samsung close security hole and You can't perform Direct Unlock or Write Cert on new version of firmwares. You can try to downgrade phone's firmware (write older, by release date, version of firmware) but on your own risk, after repeat Unlock or Write Cert operations
