You're forgetting a step. This guide leaves you on an unstable kernel.

S5 SM-G900A Android 4.4.4 Rooting Steps:-

1.Download&Install Towelroot V3.apk

2.Handset Put Into Download Mode And Flash The File(Put This File In PDA)

3.Open the Towelroot app and Press "Make it Rain" to root your device.

4.Power Off Your Mobile& Boot In to Download Mode Again Flash The File

5.Install Super Su to Manage Root Access.

Done!

Now the guide is complete :)

simple just root with iroot .exe

and do with otcopus box

2 files when I select are invalid binary.Do you have any idea why is that?

I did all the steps but its asking me for sm-g900a cert file ? dunno where that is ?

All Certificates files, which we have, are present in the Support Area (press "Go to Support" button at "Support & Options" tab in the Software) in the folder "Samsung/FOR UNLOCK ANDREPAIR/Certificates/".

For SM-G900A You can use IMEI Certificates from SM-G900F.

can you share the root file you've use?

root file given is not valid

I need only the firmware 4.4.4 for the SM-G900A, and I can't find it.
I don't want to root the phone.
Can you tell me where can I find only the firmware 4.4.4 so that I flash it to my S5?

Unfortunately we don't have Android 4.4.4 firmware for SM-G900A. We will try to find 4.4.4 firmware. If we will find it, firmware will be available in the Support Area.
