To connect SM-J200H phone you have to perform the following steps:
1. Disconnect USB cable from phone.
2. Go to Menu->Settings->More->About Device.
3.Tap on "Build number" 7 times to enable developer options.
4. Go to Menu->Settings->More->Developer options.
5. Turn on "USB Debugging" option.

Information about new Qualcomm firmwares:
In the latest firmware versions of Qualcomm-based phones ability to Unlock and Reset MSL was disabled.
If you cannot Unlock or Reset MSL on a Qualcomm phone, you need to check phone's firmware release date.
If firmware was released after 01.10.2015, then you can try to downgrade phone's firmware (write older, by release date, version of firmware).

As I have written above, "Reset MSL" works only with firmwares, which release date is up to 01.10.2015. Write firmware with release date to 01.10.2015 and only then perform "Reset MSL" operation.

Write firmware with release date to 01.10.2015 and only then perform "Reset MSL" operation.
