when i run sumsung tool i get this message ...application failed to initialize properly 0xc0150002 .LG Tool is working fine!

Hello.
Please, install Macrosoft Net Framework 3.5 or higher, reboot the PC and run Octopus/Octoplus Box Samsung Software again.

I have install net framework 4 , but the problem is the same.

This error can happens when you try to start an application in a system, where the "Visual Studio® 2005 Service Pack 1 Redistributable Package MFC Security Update" is not installed.

Try to install "Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Service Pack 1 Redistributable Package MFC Security Update":
Download Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Service Pack 1 Redistributable Package MFC Security Update from Official Microsoft Download Center.

Also try to fully update your Win OS via Microsoft Update Service.

I uninstall net frame v 4 , and i install net frame v 3,5 and it works fine. All ok!!
