Hello.
There is new (currently not supported) security type in your device. We will try to add support for it in future updates.

You need to downgrade 4.3 to 4.1.2

1. you must obtain root you can use chainfire and then install new superuser to have super user and disable knox via terminal with
su (enter)
pm disable com.sec.knox.seandroid

2. you will need mobile odin pro. (google it)

3. Install The Mobile Odin And Give it root access

4- Open Mobile Odin > Choose File > Choose your Firmware file > Start Flashing ROM

5- After The Instillation Complete your device will freeze on Samsung Logo .. Go to recovery mod and wipe the cache and factory reset

YOU NEED to find the firmware yourself this is assuming you know what you're doing. I can confirm this works with i317 4.3
