Try to repeat Read Codes operation once again but before operation remove SIM card from your device and perform Factory Reset.

Also, read attentive Software manual and Software instruction.

i triedit before n never worked,as well u cant access menu without MTN South Africa simcard

Please, perform Factory Reset via Recovery Mode.

Also, send us photo with type of lock your device. We will check it.
