download file from sport after flash mobile hang on logo

mobile come for privacy code witch is not reset with hard reset ..after factory rest its get scurty code and dont know abut code so their for disid to flash but after flash its hang on start up...and in sport have only 1 file

have any idia ??

Hello.

Please post here full Software log of all operations, which You've performed with the phone.
Try to make Factory Reset and Wipe cache partition from Recovery Mode, then check whether phone powers on completely.
