SM-G355M Unlock Ok But still LOCKED
 

Hi i have a samsung sm-g355m Claro honduras android 4.4.2 the software octoplus samsung say UNLOCK but the phone continue locked pleas fix this problem here the log:

Try first hard reset and unlock again

Most likely, your device has branded firmware. Make Factory data reset and re-flash the phone with another (non-branded, open) firmware.

Imposible i make hard reset then root again and unlock process too and the phone continue LOCK

No firmware in support area but i found this source what firmware do you think is better ?
