Please write first Security backup back into the phone "Security-SM-G935F-Unknown12-02-2018_11-54-09-.asec" to return the phone to it's previous state (baseband will appear), then install the latest Software version (https://octoplusbox.com/en/download/software/) and perform the operation again. Post here the result. |
