team reply me its important to fix this issu

Please try to do the next:
1. Install the latest Software version.
2. Write Security backup back the phone.
3. Reflash the phone.
4. Perform "Wipe Security" operation.
5. Perform "Write Cert" operation.

Post here result and full Software log of your actions.

do all these things flash too with latest firmware but still same cert write fail

Please upload the following files to any file-sharing service:
1. Security backup of the phone. You can make a backup via "Read Security" operation.
2. *.log and *.logx files of performed operations. Files can be found in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Octoplus\Octoplus_Samsung\LOG" folder.

Post here download link for these 3 files and we will check what causes the problem.
