SM-G781U Unlock Sprint Question [Answered] - GSM-Forum

Hello, a customer dropped in a SM-G781U to unlock but the phone starts up with T-Mobile software and when read info the sales code is TMB.

But with a paid carrier check the phone is locked to sprint. also when a sim is installed the phone message is to (contact sprint to unlock your device)

Any advice before i go forward on unlocking via sprint server option ?

Please Note : The phone doesn't have the T-Mobile unlock app. it shows invalid sim card.

Hello.

Unfortunately, your phone has one of the last security patch which currently is not supported.
