from https://findmymobile.samsung.com for Unlock Reactivation lock remain red (as in am picture) no green as Unlock my device.
after factory reset from recovery, phone also nio accept new id.
how remove samsung from this phone?

Please, try to use second method:

For devices with UFS memory chips:

1. Click "Reset FRP/Reactivation" button.
2. Put phone in Download Mode.
3. Connect the phone to PC via Micro USB cable.
4. Wait until the software will ask you to disconnect USB cable.
5. Connect the phone to Box via UART cable.
6. Press and hold "Vol-" and "Power" buttons for 15-20 seconds.

the UFS method doesn't work on reactivation lock.
Have you tried to login with a new samsung account? Do you have access to the phone home screen?

i've used the DISABLE PACKAGE app method with AND shortcut maker.
by disabling the ''samsung account'' app and ''Setup Wizard'' i had the chance to login with my samsung account and disable the reactivation lock , after that i've factory resetted the phone and logged in with my samsung account.
