To connect GT-S7560 phone you have to perform the following steps:
1. Disconnect USB cable from phone.
2. Go to Menu->Settings->Applications->Development.
3. Turn on "USB Debugging" option.
4. When message is appear press "Yes".
5. Go to dial window.
6. Enter "*#9090# or *#0808#" number.
7. Set "Diag config" to "USB" value.
8. Restart phone.
9. Press "Read Info" in software.

Hello.

At first, try to do Hard/Factory Reset and then try to perform "Read Codes" operation. If codes still not found, re-flash the device with another more newer (latest) firmware version and repeat "Read Codes" operation again. Post here the result.

If You have tried to write different modems and the problem is still the same, currently we don't have another solution and need to have this device in hands to research the problem. Can You sell us this device?
