We have prepared test Software version for You. Please do the following:

2. Download this modem file (https://drive.google.com/open?id=1fY...Vx3yutxR8-YHrz).
3. Do Factory data reset.
4. Run test Software and write this modem file (as firmware).
5. Perform the "Unlock" operation. When Software will ask You whether write data file, pass writing (don't write).
6. Post here full Software log with all these performed operations and say the result.

i am having the exact same issue, when trying to complete sprint g965u unlock operation when it reboots to downloader it fails at 37 percent every time

3. Run the Software and write this Combination modem file.
4. Insert non-Sprint SIM card - "Invalid SIM" should be on phone's screen, this is important!
5. Perform the "Unlock" operation. When Software will ask You whether write data file, pass writing (don't write).
6. Post here full Software log with all these performed operations and say the result.

I tried that , it went through and said unlock complete but the phone still says invalid sim

Also cant download any file, im from mexico and the program only download 33b and stops. also try download from bowser option and says server error :/
