S8 g955u Straight out the box and now Octoplus says securtity damaged after I tried server unlock, what could be the issue? phone is brand new never been used out the box.
please help me fix it..

Such message means, that there is unsupported security/firmware for unlocking. Try to re-flash the phone with another firmware and repeat the operation again.

Okay which firmware is supported? I thought box was able to unlock any firmware. I have logged in to skype during the morning and night but never see octobox support active always away, when is best time for help on skype?
