@spyker10 Which Software version You use ? Please, if You are posting Software log, then post here full log, not only some part of it. Also, please disconnect all other devices from PC, connect phone directly to USB port of your PC, install correct drivers for more detailed instructions, launch Software, select correct phone model, press Help button and read Software manual carefully, after try to perform operation which You need. |

Please, read Software manual carefully: 1.Enable ADB by writing boot.img partition from combination firmware 2.Click "Reset FRP" button. 3.Connect then phone to PC via Micro USB cable. 4.Follow software instructions (prompts). |
