it's android version is 4.3 .
so can i flash it with i9250 imei repair for octopus?

To connect GT-S7582 phone you have to perform the following steps:
1. Disconnect USB cable from phone.
2. Go to Menu->Settings->More->About Device.
3. Tap on "Build number" 7 times to enable developer options.

after that set reboot from bootloader condition and stuck on startup logo google.
but when i remove battery and power on it,set norally power on.

This can be Software (modem firmware is damaged or You have written unsuitable firmware) or HW problem.

Please try to make Repair EFS, then re-flash the phone. Currently we have no firmwares for GT-I9250T, try to re-flash the phone with firmwares for GT-I9250.

sir set came to me in sim network unlock key(from australia)
and i did not flash any firmware in this set till.
and one more thing i wanna know by you that if i flash it by i9250 imei repair file 4.0.1,than this firmware can brick my device?

We have not tried to re-flash GT-I9250T with firmwares for GT-I9250, so, we can't say You exactly, whether will not be any problems with the device after writing firmware. You can try to write firmware by your own risk.

Hello.

Do the next:

1. Delete all files from the folder "c:\Program Files\Octoplus\Octoplus_Samsung\LOG\".
2. Take out SIM and SD cards from the device.
3. Install the latest Software version (Drivers).
4. Run the Software.
5. Make Factory data reset and wipe cache partition.
6. Try to make Unlock again.
7. Close the Software.
9. Upload somewhere the latest created "*.log" and "*.logx" files from the folder "c:\Program Files\Octoplus\Octoplus_Samsung\LOG\" and post here the links, we will research, where can be the problem with your device.
