Hello.

You can try to remove FRP lock via "Reset FRP/Reactivation/EE" operation.
Or, if phone has one of the latest firmwares, You can You can try to do the next:

I.
1) Write "boot.img" partition from appropriate Combination firmware via "Advanced mode" option (select Combination firmware, un-check partitions except "boot.img").
2) Perform "Reset FRP" operation in Software.

II.
1) Write Full Combination Firmware.
2) Go to "Developer Options" in phone Settings.
3) Check "Enable OEM unlock" option.
4) Make Factory Data Reset.
5) Reflash the phone with full stock (orignal) firmware.

Note: "boot.img" from Combinataion firmwares can be not compatible with current phone's firmware. In such case phone will stuck on logo, or will be rebooting after writing of such boot. In this case to restore the phone to it's initial condition You need to reflash it with different full stock (original) firmwares (or try to write only boot of such firmwares).
Note: You can write "boot.img", Combination firmware or to downgrade phone's firmware version only on your own risk!

Also, You can use Factory Reset FRP Service.
