after reset j500f it come with welcome screen, and ask previously google email. i can't install costum recovery, it's blocked rfp lock, i can,t unlock the phone coz i can't access *#0808#
how to solve?

please add support for this problem sir

Cannot install any Recovery with RFP Lock...it's Google account not Samsung account...any solution yet for this model

Hello.

Unfortunately "Reset Screen Lock" operation is currently not supported for SM-J500F.

it's not reset screen lock problem, is network lock, ask simlock code. but octopus can detect phone though samsung modem driver have installed on device manager

Please make "Read Info" from both "Main" and "Android/EFS manager" tabs of the Software. Post here full Software logs of performed operations.

so or Explain good what is for you "rfp lock" or for all FRP Lock is GOOGLE ACCOUNT LOCKED, i'm right from you info, NO solution yet for this model.

Anyway, post Full log how have said Octopus Team...and more good Screen of this lock you have also

there is a solution called samsung cloud account its look like apple icloud write now a servise is started 2500 it will unlock within 3 days i unlocked 3 handsets

This happen when 90% of you NOT use "SEARCH BUTTON", solution is out from 3 days and Easy of Apply and solve this Issue, (since Samsung not block the way for access),

SO, TO ALL who want solve NOW and Speed this Problem goes is "Samsung Android Section", seen that now isn't at Payment but FREE.
