Read out phone's info via ABD (turn on USB Debugging Mode and press "Read info" button at "Android / EFS manager" tab in the Software") and post here full Software log with this info. We will check and will advice You, what to do the next.

everything here, the program does not go forward.
however imei is null, and the device and root ok

nb: after entering * # 0808 # * and set DM + Mod + ADB and restarted, the device is not recognized by pc

later try on another computer with windows 7, and place the log.

Have you guys tried checking ALL USB settings? *#9090#? *#0808#? *#7284#? Also have you tried covering the battery terminal? Also have you tried accessing UART over ADB? If none of these work, then Samsung has moved the UART port to a different /dev/ttyXXXXXXX device which would require rewriting of the software.
